Bainbridge This 4200 square foot two story Japanese styled residence features a daylight basement, and an attached garage with an ADU above. Views of Seattle, Mt Rainer and the South Sound can be seen from most major rooms and every bedroom. On this narrow and environmentally sensitive site, due to an eagle’s nest, extra importance was give to locate the house and preserve existing trees. Our ability to communicate designs cross-globally has been an important aspect of working with our client, who lives in Japan. |
