Bartimaeus Community Housing

For this new housing community in the Pacific Northwest’s Bremerton Area, the ambition of the Bartimaeus resident’s is to create an involved community. Six fourplex condominiums and a 2600 square foot Common House have been designed by Eberharter Architects. The 24 units vary from 1 to 4 bedroom units and from 800 to 1800 square foot. Working in conjunction with Mary Krause, architect, these buildings have been arranged around the Common House with parking in front to encourage great social interactions. Pedestrian walkways connect all the buildings, gardens, a play field, and a hard-surface play area.

More than just a housing association, the Bartimaeus Community will have opportunities to schedule regular dinners and hold other social events in their Common House where residents can participate as they wish.
